Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:

After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund (see below).
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds:
- If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos.
- Refunds will be issued after we inspect the returned product or verify the issue.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized paper products.
- Items used, tampered with, or not returned in original packaging.
- Any product reported after the 3-day return window.
